Before you take your dress down the aisle:

✔️ We hand select our garments, taking into account designers, styles and trends
✔️ We remove any heavy marks or stains possible
✔️ We undertake any minor repairs if need be
✔️ Quality check. We note and photograph any defects. We are extremely selective about the quality of our preloved dresses and do not select any garments, that have more than fair and reasonable wear and tear.
✔️ We notes the fibres of each garment and record them in the listing, as required by consumer law.
✔️ We photograph our dresses from all angles and complete a second quality check.
✔️ We steam our dresses, so they are fresh for posting or trying on and complete a final quality check.
