Moon Macarons

5 days before Christmas I had the absolute honour of my very first wedding order. Ellie and Brian chose a 6 tier macaron tower all filled with passion fruit white chocolate ganache topped with an 8” vanilla and strawberry jam sponge cake for cutting.
