It's the longest day of the year and I am absolutely loving it.

I enjoyed a cuppa outside this morning watching the sunlight and thinking about
how lucky we are to have these long days.

The light does something to your head that the dark months can't. So today, take five minutes you don't think you have. Sit outside. Don't check your phone. Let the sun do what it does.
