⚙️ We're Hiring for the following positions:

🔧 Team Leaders – Manufacturing (Cookstown)

We’re hiring Team Leaders to join a new Galvanising plant in Cookstown!

The role will involve:
• Leading and supporting a team on the factory floor
• Keeping production running safely and smoothly
• Monitoring quality and daily targets
• Training and guiding team members
• Solving problems and reporting issues

What we’re looking for:
• Experience leading a team (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Strong focus on health & safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible for shift work

Bonus (not essential):
• Experience with cranes, forklifts, or similar equipment
• Leadership training or certifications
