Our PC Health Check consists of the following:
- Clearing out unneeded temporary files.
- Installing the latest security patches.
- Installing enhancement updates.
- Reporting the condition of your hard drive.
- Virus and spyware check.
- Removing any unwanted programs

We have an amazing, new apprenticeship role available, we specialise within computer repairs and IT services within the Essex area! We are searching for an individual who is motivated and passionate to kick start their career within customer services.

As an organisation we offer remote support for all customers for PC repairs, software updates and clean ups. Within the shop we help with a variety of different issues and repairs, including iPhone, pc, network solutions and business IT support.

To all our customers, from today we will be open by appointment only. You can call us on 01245 790111. This is a cloud number and will go through to our mobiles. Please call to arrange an appointment time.

When coming in for your appointment we hope you respect the social distancing and we require you to put your device on the counter, fill out the job sheet and stand back away from the counter. We will then take your device in for repair and contact you once your device is ready to be collected.

We hope by offering a limited service we will still be able to keep all our customers connected to their social media, friends and family.

All payments will be by card only (contactless preferred).
