We Understand That Running Can Be Intimidating. Here’s What to Expect on Your First Run

So in light of news gyms can open, I still have to review if I can run my classes and how these will be done. As we still need to maintain safe distance the boxing part of classes are unlikely to happen. Obviously where I hold my classes are also leading me as currently these places remain closed to the public. And next thing is regarding equipment available to how it can be sole use only for duration of class and I will clean equipment afterwards ready for next session. So still lots to do to ensure we can keep safe. It may well be we will be longer to we return. I miss you all hopefully see you all soon 🤞🏼
