This afternoons job, Red Sea max nano strip down and re**er 170 upgrade, the 170 was going in the same place as the nano so needed to be stripped down and moved before the 170 could be set up, so we did just that! The couple soft corals and fish added to the 170 with atm colony, the vast amount of bio media out of the max nano will be a great start to the 170 due to a new rock scape being added! One of this weeks job was a aquarium strip down, sump and equipment upgrade for this aqua one reefsys 326 aquarium, the customer really wanted to improve their aquarium by running a reefmat, unfortunately it wouldn’t fit in there aqua one sump, so we swapped out the not so great aqua one sump for a shiny new Red Sea re**er 350 sump which fits in the cabinet a dream, can easily house all their existing equipment, plus a lovely new reefmat😍, as well as that, we removed their old crush coral sand which they had set their aquarium up with when purchasing from another store (we don’t recommend crushed coral sand) the crushed coral sand wasn’t really that suitable for their current and future tank inhabitants and we replaced it with some lovely caribsea live sand!
