Brief:
To create additional living space and a larger family space comprising of a large kitchen diner and a living room at ground floor level by means of a single storey extension. But also to increase the footprint at first floor space by adding full length front and rear dormers to add additional height to provide a dressing room and ensuite to the master bedroom and make the existing bedrooms more useable with a full height ceiling.

Plus the added bonus of a balcony too.

This project also had a very exciting addition to the side as an annex comprising of a small kitchenette, living space and bathroom with a bedroom.

Finished extension, garage conversion and new build garage with storage to the back.
