Vault Bar + Kitchen

After 3 incredible years, it’s time to say goodbye to one of the faces behind the bar. Jayden’s last shift will be a week from today Saturday 11th July.

Starting with us as a bartender, he quickly became known for his passion, creativity, and ability to craft some outstanding cocktails. Through hard work, dedication, and countless busy services, he worked his way up to Bar Manager, becoming a huge part of our team and helping shape the experience our guests know and love today.

From shaking up signature serves, creating seasonal cocktails to leading the team through some unforgettable nights (and some he would rather forget), his contribution to the bar has been fantastic.

We’re incredibly grateful for everything he’s brought to the business over the last three years and proud to have been part of his journey.

Please join us in wishing him all the success and happiness in his next chapter. You’ll always have a place at the bar, which will probably be most days as he is moving on to a 9-5 🤣

As he moves on to his next adventure, we’d love to give our guests the opportunity to say thank you. If he’s ever made you a great cocktail, brightened your evening, or simply made you feel welcome, feel free to pop by and buy him a drink 😀

This month we are bringing to you:
-Classic fish and chips with minted mushy peas and chip shop style curry sauce
-Summer greens risotto topped with a parmesan crisp and fresh chopped mint
-Halloumi fries in panko breadcrumbs on a bed of fresh rocket served with chilli jam
-Apricot and Harissa glazed chipolatas served with a mint yoghurt

As always, they’re here for a month so try them whilst you can.
