We are the Valley Vixens! Come and train with us!

Fancy learning the basics of rugby whilst building fitness and having a tonne of fun with a brilliant bunch of women?

We're still looking for players to either join our team or just come along to train and play touch rugby. Whether you're someone who has played before or completely new to rugby, come down and give it a try. We have a mixture of all abilities, with the majority new to rugby touch this season and feedback has been amazing!

Sessions are currently non-contact, with fitness drills and some rugby training techniques to get everyone introduced to some of the basic rules.
