After a lengthy planning process we finally received planning permission last month for an extension to a farmhouse and conversion of a barn into two houses in Balderstone. The sensitive alterations utilised existing openings as far as possible to retain the existing agricultural character. Alterations to the site access and a new second access were also secured as part of the permission

It’s been a while since we posted and updates are long overdue……It’s been a busy few months with some new and exciting projects currently in development. This project for conversion of a disused reservoir into two modern homes is not without challenges. We’re hoping to progress this unique and striking design to a planning application in the coming months.
