Our mindful colouring group is now moving to the evening. 🌿
Come along for a relaxed hour of colouring, creativity and a friendly chat in a warm, welcoming and supportive space.
Whether you're living with poor mental health, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, recovering from domestic abuse or other life challenges, feeling lonely, or simply looking to meet new people and enjoy some creative time, you'll be made very welcome.
You don't need to be artistic or share your story—just come as you are.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Children are welcome too, so feel free to bring the family along for a creative evening together.
🎨 All colouring materials are provided – just bring yourself.
We'd love to see some familiar faces and hopefully welcome some new ones too. 💚

I can't believe I'm finally able to write this...
After weeks of paperwork, hurdles, rejections, and a few tears, I can finally say that Coffee Cake Create is officially a Community Interest Company (CIC)! 💚☕
Just seven months ago, Coffee Cake Create was simply an idea on paper, born from the challenges I was facing in my personal life. Today, it's officially a Community Interest Company, with the aim of supporting people through arts, creativity, and community.
I want to say a huge thank you to my family, friends, followers, everyone who has attended a group, and the organisations that have supported me along the way. Your encouragement has meant more than you'll ever know. 🥰

This is just the beginning, and I'm so excited for the future of Coffee Cake Create CIC. 💚🎨

💜 A huge thank you to the lovely people who attended Coffee Cake Create's mindful colouring sessions this week.

It's wonderful to see Coffee Cake Create becoming exactly what I hoped it would be – a warm, welcoming space where people can relax, chat, connect and support one another. 🥰

Following some lovely feedback, one of our monthly colouring sessions will be moving to an evening to make it more accessible for those who work during the day.

I can't wait to welcome some new faces at our next sessions. 💜
