Aaannndddd relax!
What a productive morning today was 😍💪 Amazing ponies and the sun even showed its face☀️🥳

Sydney’s first time back for a while and following recovery from an injury he started off slightly on his toes but settled and worked beautifully 💜

Judy is also getting back to work after needing some time off herself but is starting to supple up nicely again 💜

Edna then officially met her new set of wheels, which obviously didn’t phase her in the slightest 💜

Piglet had her turn brushing up on her lunging skills 💜

And to finish off Ted and Sophie had a play in the school getting used to each other so we can hopefully hack out one day💜

A slightly different one for a Wednesday this week - the first clips of the year started with the lovley Rosa and Riley 😍
Both behaved well and have their next appointment booked !🥳

My clippers are currently being serviced so away for 7-10 days but please don’t hesitate to message me to get booked in for clipping! 💜

What absolute legends my guys were today 😍

Unfortunately Louie was missed today due to the rain but,

Edna worked beautifully over some poles this morning. Super excited now we’re starting to see progress as we continue building her strength and confidence in her strides! She’s really starting to look the part with her naturally softer back and head carriage 😍

Ted got to have a little play with jumping in preparation for the upcoming yard show! He was extremely strong and excited but could have jumped to the moon today 💪

Judy….well!!! Judy and Lottie had their first jump together (also in preparation for the yard show)!🥳 Judy loves jumping and can get a little enthusiastic but today she behaved beautifully! Next step…strides and to work on her bascule over the fences💕

Another busy Wednesday morning!! 💜

A lovley hack to start the day for Louie, very forward and even though we came across literally everything that could possibly eat a horse he was an absolute legend!!!⭐️

Then it was pole work for Edna, Piglet and Judy who all worked beautifully! Piglet just had a play to get used to them and working out where her feet are but Edna and Judy showed massive improvement in extending their strides to engage their back end and picking their feet up😍

Then to finish with a nice little pottle out for Ted before heading for nursery pick up 💜

This weeks been busy! 💪😍

Wednesday…

Louie 💜
He recently had a new hair cut and a few weeks off to help keep him cooler in the heat! This meant Wednesday mornings ride was a little bit exciting 😂 there was a lot to see on our ride out - cows, building material deliveries and even people gardening but Louie was a good lad! 💕

Edna 💜
With it being the school holidays now Edna’s little jockey will be coming and spending some time with us🥳 In preparation for this we went on a nice walk into the village, having cars pass us and just generally experience the faster acting environment to see how she reacted and she stayed calm and confident the whole way round 💕

Judy 💜
Getting those muscles back! We worked on suppleness’s with Judy so we used poles in a square to engage her hind end and encourage some bending. Although a little tricky at the beginning there was so much improvement by the end 😍

Sydney 💜
Continuing to build him up in the school Sydney is getting straighter and more balanced. His transitions are more instant and he showed more suppleness in his bending using squares and circles ⭐️

Thursday…

Piglet 💜
We went for a little walk with my little helper to stretch her legs and give her some time off the yard exploring. While we wait for her to be old enough for her real education to begin getting her out and about in hand builds her confidence up and also keeps her busy. I’m not sure who enjoyed it more 😂

Ted 💜
My boy had a positive schooling session after taking my mini me for a little ride… maybe a little bit of growing room 😂😍
After abit of time off he was slightly stiff but soon softened and worked like an absolute diamond 💕

Wednesday💜

💜Meet Sydney 💜

My newest member of the team 😍

Sydney will be 6 this year and still slightly green when when riding in the ménage so I will be working with his mum to help build his balance and suppleness

At the moment he likes to rely on the fencing to help keep him straight so using bending exercises and poles this will help him maintain that balance even when off the track💕

I’ve only ridden Sydney twice and I can already feel the potential with him, he just wants to give you the world⭐️

Today after his ride he had a nice bath and pamper😍

Super excited to get Sydney going and see what his future brings💜

Edna 💜

A day I’ve been so excited for and just…WOW💕
Where do I even begin…💕

I am super excited that this brave little jockey will now working with Edna and I to further her ridden education😍

I am honestly so so proud of both girls tonight! They both took absolutely everything in their stride, they were so relaxed, listening to each other and working together 🥳

I am excited to watch Edna keep growing with her little jockeys😍💕🥳💜

Monday - Day one of a busy but exciting week ahead😍

Today was farrier day for the little shetlands. While Piglet enjoyed her manicure, Edna wasn’t keen on the idea (something we will continue to work on) 🤞

After the farrier while Edna had some chill time Piglet went on her weekly walk around the block with my little apprentice😍☺️💜

Another busy morning with my Wednesday guys 😍

Louie 💜
Louie was feeling abit fresh and of course we came across all his favourite horse eating things…lawnmowers and gardeners, prams and scary trikes, builders bags and skips - really the only thing missing was an umbrella 😂 he never missed a beat tho, the extra desensitising he’s been doing with his mum is most definitely working💪

Edna 💜
The saddle and sand jockey is old news now so today Edna had a real rider…after being a little unsure she soon relaxed and took it all in🥳 I honestly can’t believe the progress she’s making I’m so excited for her to be ridden properly so she can have more adventure’s 😍

Piglet💜
Piglet is starting to get cheekier on our walks but she’s definitely enjoying them 😂

Judy 💜
I’ve not forgotten about Judy, unfortunately she’s nursing a tendon splint, we lunged her today so will hopefully be coming back into work soon

Ted 💜
Ted has recently found his jumping wings again and found his new lease of life 💕
