This choccy beauty was for a lovely lady celebrating her 18th birthday, and what better way to do it than with a chocolate overload cake?

Rich chocolate sponges layered with buttercream and chocolate ganache 🤤 Covered in a milk chocolate drip, slabs of Galaxy, Malteser’s and the birthday girls favourite Lindor’s 😍🍫

(I need to stay away from the chocolate cupboard today 😂)

Happy Tuesday Everyone…. Even though I woke up thinking it was Monday 😂 Ooops!

Lots of exciting and different cakes to make this week, but I started the week yesterday with trays of this beauty… Salted Caramel Core Rolo Blondie 💕

I have to admit I did try a piece last night with a brew and wow it was good 😍 So much love for the molten salted caramel core in the middle of each one… and then topped with Rolos 🤤 a little old school but a definite favourite of mine.
