🏝️2 beach holiday pictures to celebrate birthdays, one turning 30 and 40
The fist pic was the picture that made me realize i needed to change my lifestyle. Smoking, drinking, a bad diet and zero exercise i felt miserable and didn’t want to show my body.
That’s when i began my own project you journey and have now maintained it for over 8 years!
To have the confidence to not feel i need to cover my body up on a beach and to feel fitter/healthier than ever before at 40 is the best feeling in the world and is why i decided to share what’s worked for me and help others to achieve this to and why project you was created🫶
Il be sharing some of the last groups results over the next few days who’ve so kindly allowed me to share their results this far so watch this space….

Our first of many 2023 project you group members social walks with family and fur babies all welcome 🫶 After all the hard work in the gym it’s just nice to get out in the fresh air and have a good natter all while still getting the steps in 💪💪 and what a beautiful day for it ☀️❄️
