ASK4 COURIERS is a growing logistics and courier company providing efficient and reliable delivery solutions across the UK . We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Freight Forwarder to join our operations team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate national freight bookings
Prepare shipping documentation
Liaise with clients, carriers, and agents to arrange efficient transportation
Track and update shipments, providing timely updates to customers
Manage office admin duties including data entry, filing, answering calls and emails
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies
Support the operations team with scheduling and logistics planning

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or office administration (can be ideal but not essential)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
A positive, team-oriented attitude

ASK4 COURIERS , a fast-growing and reliable logistics company, is on the lookout for dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Van Drivers to join our dynamic delivery team.

What You’ll Do:
Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers on your assigned route
Load and unload parcels from the van
Follow planned routes and schedules
Provide excellent customer service and represent ASK4 COURIERS with professionalism
Complete delivery paperwork or digital logs accurately

What We’re Looking For:
A full, clean UK driving licence (Category 😎
Previous delivery driving experience preferred, but not essential
Good knowledge of local roads and traffic laws
Excellent time management and communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
