Have you started running as part of a new year resolution or kick start to becoming a healthier version of yourself? Firstly well done on starting, that’s the first big step and the hardest part. Some people that start the new habit such as running, do too much to soon and end up picking up injuries, become too sore to maintain any consistency and end up quitting. We can help with that, by adding our strength and conditioning classes to your routine to supplement and compliment you’re running! We take out the guess work of your strength Training with our circuit based classes which are altered each week to keep your body guessing and to make the classes more interesting. There is no long-term commitment or contract to sign. We offer pay as you go options at £7 or a more cost-effective class pass which is £60 for 10 classes of which there is no expiry on these class credits. Your first class remains free if you’ve never been to us before and we are open to all abilities and ages. We keep our class sizes small to ensure we give you a more one-to-one experience and to make sure that your form is correct. The last 2 days of our challenge. How are you getting on? Day 6 of our plank challenge. Exercise 1 is plank to downward dog. 2 sets of 10 reps (or toe touch’s). Exercise 2 is a side plank. 2 sets of 30 seconds per side. Exercise 3 is a standard plank. 1 sets of 60 seconds. Exercise 4 is a forearm hip dip. 2 sets of 10 hip dips. Exercise 5 is a dying bug. 1 set of 20 movements. Exercise 6 is plank jacks. 1 set of 12 jumps. Exercise 7 is a feet raised plank. 1 set of 30 secs.
