Big PB Weekend for the squad!!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀mckeown1 (Age V50, 1:1) has just gone a run a lifetime best 5k time of 18.02 at Christleton 5k! His previous best was 18.19, so to take off 17 seconds is a remarkable achievement! It’s a big reward for all the hard speed sessions we’ve been doing together, can we break the magic 18’ barrier at Mid Cheshire in a fortnight…🏃♂️
Paul (Age V65, 1:1) has just gone and smashed his sub 20 minute 5k goal at the ballpark, running a brilliant 19.12 and finishing 1st in his category! Paul only started with us in February & in just 14 weeks he’s gone from 21 minute shape with lots of injuries to low 19’s injury free (a 2’ improvement)!
(Age SW, 1:1) continued her rapid progress by taking another 2 minutes off her 5k PB, running an incredible 23.33 at Christleton 5k! Lucy only started with us in January, having just run 27.20. With 5 weeks with us, she’d smashed the 25’ barrier for the very first time running 24.46! And in just 4 months she’s improved by almost 4 minutes! 🏃♀️
(Age SW, 1:1) has continued her awesome journey, fresh off the back of her recent 10k PB, by running another new 5k PB of 35.02 at parkrun! Given she started at 44.37 in April last year, it’s simply incredible how much progress she’s made in that time! 🏃♀️

Sarah (Age V55, Online) has been making steady progress towards running a new 10 Mile PB these past 8 months. In the process, she’s doing some rust-busting tester sessions, & improved her 5k from 24.44 in 2025, to 23.52, now down to an astonishing 22.01 5k approximate (which would be a huge improvement on her lifetime best of 23.37). The question now is, can we convince her to race a 5k…?👊

10 Years! 😱 Really proud to have reached this milestone!
England Athletics sent us this today celebrating 10 years since we first did our Leader in Running Fitness (LiRF) qualification back in 2016, with us completing our Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF) in July 2017.
Since our first session in August 2016, we’ve helped 286 athletes on their running journey with so many inspirational stories & personal bests along the way!
Here’s to another 10 years! 🥳😀💚🏃♂️🏃♀️
