Spring is here & the weather is improving. So, why not take your workout outside? Join us on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings at Fit Club Chester for an energising workout. All fitness levels welcome. Just £2 per session pay as you go.
Wednesday sessions are currently at Hoole C of E Primary School until April, when they move back to Alexandra park 💪😃
Bring a mat, something to drink & light hand weights (~ 1kg, if you have them).
