To all of our wonderful customers,

It is with great regret that we have to announce that our planned soft opening has been cancelled.

Unfortunately, due to essential Health & Safety requirements, we are legally unable to open our doors at this time. While we’ve been working incredibly hard to welcome you all, ensuring the safety of our customers and team must always come first.

We sincerely apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause. This wasn’t the news we wanted to share, but we hope you understand that these matters are completely necessary and beyond our control.

We are working as quickly as possible to complete everything required and will announce our new opening date as soon as we are legally able to do so.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and the amazing support you’ve already shown us. We can’t wait to welcome you to THE CAT Ellesmere Port very soon.
