Haldex diagnostic, pump and service carried out on this insignia VXR on Saturday, The customer had traveled all the way up from Taunton in Somerset after we were recommended to him by a few members in online forums. The Haldex pump had failed not allowing the clutch pack to lock meaning the car was permanently in FWD, the pump was replaced along with a new filter gasket and fluids and is now performing as it should be. The owner was made up that it was a relatively cheap and easy fix that he decided to also have a stage 1 Celtic remap to get the most out of the 2.8 V6 Turbo. Peak power has been increased to 360bhp and a huge increase of 100bhp mid-range.
