Chester Scouts

Our Watersports Team have been busy over the past couple of weeks! 🛶

1-4 = The final week of the 5 week kayaking course. The 14 young people taking part put all of the skills they learnt throughout the course into practice during a weir session!

5-6 = A leaders evening paddle from Eccleston Ferry back to the Riverside Centre

7-9 = Maverick ESU took to the water for a session of both kayaking and paddle boarding!

In May, 40th Chester Beavers & Cubs took a visit to Hayrack Church Farm. 🐑🐷🐄

The young people met a variety of different animals and even got to feed some of them!

We are delighted to announce that Isabelle Dorricott and Tomos Smalldon have been appointed as the next District Youth Leads for our District! They will be starting in their new roles from 1st July.

There will be opportunities to meet them both over the coming months, and we can’t wait to see them performing on stage at Chamboree as part of Chamboree X!
