The RLA & the NLA will now merge into one, the aim is to ‘deliver a stronger voice for landlords in the private rented sector’.

The new merger resulted in them now being known as the NRLA.(National Residential Landlords Association).

The official launch will be in January 2021 🚀

Landlords back RLA and NLA merger The new organisation, the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), will have a membership of more than 80,000 landlords and manage around half a million properties, which is about 10% of the PRS.
