K Render back of a terraced house and garden wall and new soil stack and waste pipes.

Was able to do some garden up keeping due to the rain holding off.

Built in wardrobes removed and walls prepped and painted.
New bath panel and waste.
Ready for a new tenant.

Porch had a lot of rot that required removing and fixing. All rot removed, fixed and then painted, as well as the fascias and soffits. Front door with a fresh coat of paint as well.
