Great running in Warrington for the team this weekend!

Taking on the half marathon

Coach Nick Rose a great run in 1.23 with Jon Keay and Rob Schooling finishing neck and neck in 1.34!

Then over the 10k

Georgia Armitage and Donna Gillespie-Greene with Georgia taking the ladies win!

Heading into that time of year where many of us put in a decent run focus so looking forward to the results rolling in!!

1st Wirral multi terrain race done this evening at Royden Park for Coach Claire, Lucy Smith, Matt Smith & John Robb! Apparently Stando also there but didn’t see him for dust 😂🏃🏻‍♂️💨
