Aeropress recipe (inverted is our preferred method)
- Place Aeropress in inverted position. You can push plunger to middle of the 4
- Add 15g of medium/fine ground coffee
- Fill to top with slightly cooled boiled water
- Stir and let steep for 1 min
- Stir again
- Place your filter in the filter basket, rinse with the pre boiled water and then screw in place
- Place your mug on top, holding both flip them over to the right way up. So mug on the table with Aeropress on top (this can be tricky)
- Plunge slowly taking about 30 seconds
- Enjoy!
