HON. DR. AGUNE TERZUNGWE EMMANUEL PREACHES PEACE AS HE BEGINS CONSULTATIONS IN GBOKO/TARKA

As the 2027 general elections approach and political activities intensify, Hon. Dr. Agune Terzungwe Emmanuel, a leading contender for the Gboko/Tarka Federal House of Representatives seat, has reiterated his commitment to peacebuilding.

Dr. ATE began his peace advocacy with his media team, hosting a meeting where he instructed members to maintain good conduct and avoid abusive statements aimed at tarnishing the image of other politicians.

Meeting with community and kindred heads and elders, Dr. ATE emphasized that his intentions are sincere and focused on securing a better future for Gboko/Tarka.

At the APC party secretariat in Tarka, he assured the party executives, under the leadership of LG Party Chairman Hon. Paul Shiaondo Tarka, that his campaign team remains committed to peaceful engagement. Addressing the people of Mbakor, he stated that he is not contesting to pull down other aspirants, whom he described as equally qualified. However, he expressed confidence in his capacity to deliver the mandate of Gboko/Tarka effectively if given the opportunity.

In his remarks, Hon. Paul Shiaondo Tarka affirmed the party’s commitment to supporting Dr. ATE, describing him as a credible candidate for the Gboko/Tarka Federal House of Representatives seat.
