Our A-Z Challenge is back with a bang! 💣💥
After a short Summer break we got back on it with a special ukactive National Fitness Day workout (for 'N) to help mark the most active day of the year. 🙌
Huge shout-out to 3-1-5 Health Club for putting together an incredible schedule of activities to mark this special day, and for allowing us to take part 🙏😊
