Driven by volumetric modular construction, the architecture embraces repetition as a tool for clarity, efficiency and quality. A restrained “less is more” approach defines the aesthetic—clean lines, minimal detailing and a consistent architectural language.

Arranged above a retained parking plinth, concept creats a structured yet open composition defined by communal gardens and shared spaces.
The layout balances density, supporting a sense of community.
