The rules of Chicken Katsu Sando:

1. Sliced white bread
2. Toasted on one side, soft on the inside
3. Tooth butter (“tandsmør” in Danish)
4. Cold chicken fillet katsu, cooked the day before so the breadcrumbs go soft in the fridge
5. Bulldog tonkatsu sauce
