Looking for 5 busy menopausal women who are doing the juggle of kids and career like me and are in need of a

PARENTS, TEACHERS & SCHOOL STAFF in need of ‘ME time’ this summer 🧘🏼‍♀️

As the school summer break is nearly here we wanted to remind parents, teachers, PTA and staff that Zigs body recovery service is a restorative way of recuperating on our cosey massage couch in central Cheltenham 💆

We are dog friendly too 🐶 and provide drinking water and a blanket for any pooches who are visiting whilst parents are pampered or are training with us!

Children are welcome to attend training sessions with parents to support with childcare at no extra cost 🧑‍🧑‍🧒

We are also looking to support local schools, PTAs and charities with their events or raffles, by providing some vouchers for Zigs Exercises as prizes 😌🥳
