Did you know that this month is Friendship Month?

Have you ever wondered what is actually involved in performing a manifestation ‘ritual’?

Well, it’s different for everyone as you can literally create your own to suit your needs, however, we decided to put together our favourite elements of rituals to create our very own pampering abundance manifestation ritual.

The process looks like this…

1️⃣ Create a lovely ambience by playing your favourite music to help you relax

2️⃣ Use the sage and lavender smudger to smudge your rooms in the house as well as yourself helping release negative energy

3️⃣ Start running a bath (or if you prefer you can create a foot soak bath). Place the tumbled stones, all chosen for their benefits related to abundance in all areas of your life, into a bath and pour in the pink Himalayan and Epson bath salts.

4️⃣ Whilst waiting for the bath to run, take the paper and pen write out your wishes, dreams, goals and aspirations

5️⃣ Then take the candle wick and beeswax sheet and start rolling the wick into a candle whilst reading out the words from your piece of paper.

6️⃣ Place the candle in the holder and light the candle

7️⃣ Step in to your bath (or place your feet in to your foot soak), lie back, relax and watch all of your affirmations that were placed in to the candle, release and head into the Universe

8️⃣ Once finished, dry yourself off and give thanks for dedicating this time to you and your future
