The one thing I wanted for Christmas and Santa delivered! 🎅

From getting my first ever muscle up in a comp back in September (last video) to yesterday managing to link 2 together for the first time and not just once but for 10 rounds I can say my year has been made 🥰

To completing all 22 muscle ups in yesterday Christmas workout (23 if you include the one in the warm up) 😉
