This week we have been supporting a client with a confined space survey project. Feedback has been great, including compliments on the professionalism of the team and the level of equipment our team has with them.

We believe that a job should be run properly, with pre use inspections completed and recorded. Our gas monitors are “Bumped” tested daily to ensure they are reading correctly. Do you test your monitors before use?

We’re often asked, “What does Access and Rescue do?”

Well, the past week sums it up perfectly…

Last Thursday, a long-standing client contacted us needing working at height support and eyebolt inspections. With a bit of schedule shuffling, we had an inspector and a working at height supervisor on site by 09:00 Friday. The client was launching a large-scale project with international contractors arriving for planned repair works.

Working together, we helped put plans in place to support the contractor with UK regulations and project management.

Over the past week, we’ve completed rigging plans, rescue plans, and equipment selection and supply. Both the client and the contractor have already seen the value of our knowledge and expertise.

We’ll continue to support the project, with further training scheduled for next week.

All of this has been delivered whilst also supporting another client with medical provisions for their event, which welcomed more than 120,000 visitors last weekend!

Today we worked with a new client following another contractor's recommendation.
Working with Bretts Landscaping Cliffe to access a difficult area on site.
Utilising methods, our team safely accessed a previously installed safety net. The team worked hard to complete the project during a planned shutdown to not impact on the businesses operations and the client was left impressed with our efforts and a cleared roof underside!
