ENGAGE are expanding and are looking for two new business development extraordinaires to join our team in Rochester, Kent.

This is a full time position Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working with a portfolio of clients (main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers) within the UK construction industry

• Carrying out targeted outreach to organisations that align with each client’s strategic growth goals (e.g. developers, architects, consultants, main contractors)

• Engaging key contacts via phone, email and other channels to introduce our clients in a professional and compelling way

• Creating genuine engagement that opens doors for our clients to have meaningful conversations

• Supporting the early stages of relationship building, helping both sides see the mutual value in working together

• Keeping accurate records of activity, contacts and outcomes using our CRM systems

• Reporting to clients regularly on progress and successes

You’ll be the driving force behind creating opportunities for our clients, introducing their services to potential customers and supporting the early stages of valuable business relationships. If you enjoy speaking with people, building rapport quickly and being the spark that leads to long term success, this could be the role for you.
