This week's cupcake is salted caramel: a light fluffy salted caramel flavoured cupcake with a caramel filling topped with vanilla buttercream and drizzled with salted caramel sauce

Highlight of 2023 at noglü!

This afternoon we were super excited as someone from the stadium turned up to buy 6 arepas for 's backing dancers.

Almost as thrilling (well er not quite on the same level as Queen Bey) from Wednesday we will be making Arepa Pabellón Criollo:

A warm arepa (cornbread) filled with flank steak slow cooked with onions, garlic, herbs and spices and shredded, then topped with black beans and fried plantain and finished off with grated white cheese.
