This morning, during our Talk Tuesday, Alex and Sophie offered session for Individuals to discuss their goals and interests. Details about volunteering, education, training and other community opportunities were provided.

To kick off this years Feel Good Fiesta, we held a ‘Dream Big Moodboard’ held by Boni and Maria in Cardiff, and Amy and Hayley in our Newport. This has given Individuals the chance to get creative while thinking about their hopes, goals, and dreams for the future.

Using pictures, words, positive quotes and plenty of imagination, everyone created their own unique mood board.
