RIP Kev 🐄🐄
I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin a few weeks ago and instantly took a shine to him. I couldn't get over just how massive he was! I'm so sad to hear he passed away yesterday. My thoughts are with Mary and the whole team at Dean Farm Trust ❤️

Today I’m in Llanberis in North Wales. I’ve put my mat down right at the Brutal Events swim start line at Llyn Padarn.
many great painful memories of this place suffering through sheer exhaustion completing the double brutal triathlon. Good times

I was these Altra Running FWD VIA 2 road running trainers. I’ve been a HOKA man for many years but it’s always good to try a new shoe I guess.
I just managed to get my second fastest 5K in them 😉. I’ll keep giving them a blast but so far so good.
There’s so much room for my feet in them which is refreshing and when it comes to long distance triathlons and running your feet swell quite a bit so at least there’ll be plenty of room in these when that happens
DAY 49 of 151
Listened to my body today, was meant to have a big bike ride but the legs were saying different so had a little spin then came home for sleep.
10 burpees this evening ready to get back onto it again tomorrow.
