So wtf is a women's circle?

In essence, a gathering of women, coming together to connect with one another and with something greater than themselves (if that is for you!)
We sit in a circle around flame, and speak from the heart. Allowing the wild spectrum of emotion to flow.
My circles involve elements of ritual, including meditation, and a space for soulful sharing. No advice is given, we simply listen with our full presence and attention.

Why no advice?

With the busyness of life, we inevitably have less and less capacity to listen.
Especially as women, we are so many things to so many people, with high expectations to keep it all together - an unrealistic and unreachable standard that goes unnoticed and/or unacknowledged, even by those closest to us (and possibly even by ourselves!). How can we listen Inward with so much going on?

Holding circle as an intentional space for deep listening provides spaciousness to really see another person, really take them in - offering them that gift. It also allows us to listen inward to our own heart, our own soul, to sense how we are truly feeling.

My next circle will be in-person in my home on 1st May (link in bio). Limited to 8 spaces it is small and intimate. Nerves are welcome ❤️

Owning and asserting my presence in this world as graciously as the great Oak, is a lifelong endeavor.

Whilst I've found ways to externalise my inner world - creativity, art, adornments, dancing, etc. Actually giving voice to what's going on inside has often felt challenging.

It's natural to feel hesitant in a world that can seem so overwhelming, which is why circle has had such a profound impact on my life.

I know I am not alone in feeling like this, and being able to provide this space, this opportunity to my community, so that we can expand into the fullness of who we are, is an absolute gift ✨️
