This year’s theme is ‘Together Against Loneliness’. Loneliness is something everyone feels at times. But for many people with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities, loneliness is often a more common experience. By focusing on real inclusion, building meaningful relationships, and creating welcoming spaces, we can help ensure that everyone feels connected and has a sense of belonging.
