Ben's just announced his retirement from MMA and I wanted to say a word about a guy whose 4-4 pro record doesn't adequately reflect his ability. A long string of injuries and bad luck has plagued his career but it has not stopped him from trying!

He's the only guy I've ever seen knock someone out from full mount! 🤯

He's always been a complete gentleman right up until fight night and then, for some reason, he loses his goddamn mind and becomes an axe murderer. I will always remember him shouting at his opponent in cagewarriors. He saw him crossing himself as he walked down the backstage corridor and Ben suddenly screamed "He ain't gonna help you!" 🤣🤣

Autism Awareness is something he is passionate about! He holds that issue very close to his heart and wants to normalise it.
