Just launched: You can now sign up for our free introductory online service design workshop on the 2nd of November, where we will talk about how to understand consumers in the time of change.

The workshop will be led by PDR's service design experts Ollie Sutcliffe and Piotr Swiatek and is completely free. The topics will focus on service design for micro, small & medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Wales.

You'll explore everything from user and market research to evaluation of findings and the idea generation - and how to then apply this to your own business.

We will be running the workshop via Zoom at 15:00 - registered attendees will receive a link prior to the workshop.
