💡 Joining us at : Dr JeYoung Jung

JeYoung Jung is an Assistant Professor in the School of Psychology at the University of Nottingham and a Visiting Professor at the College of Medicine, Korea University.

Dr. Jung’s research investigates the neurochemical basis of higher cognition and aims to enhance cognitive functions in both healthy and clinical populations. She pioneered the use of combined fMRI and MRS with NIBS, demonstrating that individual differences in anterior temporal lobe (ATL) neurochemistry predict semantic performance and responsiveness to stimulation. Her work was the first to show that ATL GABA levels are linked to semantic ability and modulation effects from TMS.
