Me Design is changing! I’m no longer a design business as I’m now a full-time Creative Director to the crew! So if you need any design work that’s where you’ll find me. This account will be dedicated to showcasing my previous work, design tips, and advice.

And finally, even though I’m not taking on new clients, I’ll be here as a mentor, friend and as “me”, a design nerd. 🙋🏽‍♀️

Self reflection can be scary.. but just as necessary…

I’ve been working with this journal for the past 2 years. It has a yearly reflective review at the end of the year to set the intentions and goals for next year. But it isn’t just work focused, it is everything from who you love spending time with, to your happiest moments and places you’ve been to.
Once you finish your yearly reflection, you have quarterly check-ins. This year, I and have decided to keep each other accountable and use this model as a tool to catch-up and chat about our lives every 3 months.
And guess what? We made it!

We set goals, and worked on them, and I'm proud to say, between us, we hit at least 80% of them! 

I don’t know if I would have been able to launch my Show , bring back my brand and take holidays without this journal! 

Now, knowing the new year is fast approaching, I’m wondering, do you keep a journal? What’s your favourite way of and self reflecting?
