When a customer feels so grateful that they send you a card to say “Thank you”!
This lady found herself in a spot of bother having hired a carpet cleaning machine, and called Ivor for help in drying a very wet and smelly carpet.
Ivor let this lady borrow his industrial dryer free of charge for a few days and now the carpet is 95% better with no fausty smell!
Cue one very happy new customer!
