IMPORTANT NOTICE !
The AiM Area Cardiff will be closed from the 17th December onwards due to relocation and further buisness ventures.
All one to ones and classes will unfortunately be postponed until relocation in the new year.
We have to say a massive thank you to all of our staff (Arron - Gymnastics, Calum - Parkour, David - Fitness), NOVA Cheerleading Academy and everyone who took part in our sessions throughout the year.
From Monday 10th to 16th December we will be running classes as normal.

- 4pm till 5pm
- 5pm till 6pm
Parkour has been cancelled on 6pm till 7pm but gymnastics is still on.
Did you know NOVA Cheerleading Academy use our very springy spring floor for there classes.
