Well that's Vietnam and Cambodia done, what an incredible experience.

The team I was with could not of been better, we bonded so quickly and encouraged us all right to the end.

The route through both countries took us along tar and mud roads, through towns and villages where all the locals would wave and say hello as we passed by 👋🏼 🚴🏼‍♂️

We passed rice fields, temples, war trenches and military memobilla! The heat was extremely hot each day, with a good down pour on one day making the route through the country very interesting.

We arrived back in LHR this morning so looking forward to deciding where the next adventure will be!

Day 4 - easily the toughest day so far! We went off road, the heat and humidity was on another level 😚🍻

Completed 80km today and what kept us going was the thought of a hotel pool at the end!

DAY 1 - Great 50mile ride today mostly roads!

Started at the tunnel which was an amazing experience, completely told the true story on the Vietnam war!

The locals were great fun waving and cheering - not a bad way to start the adventure 👍😄
