Don't forget tomorrow is the first Friday of the month so we are meeting tomorrow, 10:30 - 11:30am in the back room of the Table cafe in Cathays 🥳 All welcome!
Looking forward to meeting again today, 10:30 - 11:30am at The Table Cafe on Pentyrch Street in Cathays. Please come to the side door to be let in, as the main cafe is closed but we are still meeting in our cosy back room space and will still have cookies and tea and coffee!
Join us if you are a parent experiencing perinatal mental health problems and want to just hang out in a safe space with other parents who "get it". All welcome ❤️

Due to the Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend our Peer Support Group is meeting on Friday 10th June, rather that tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing you then ☺️
