All sessions are free of charge! We serve tea and biscuits with plenty of laughter. We sometimes have local visitors too! It really is a fabulous place to be, and absolutely everyone is welcome.

Our Forget Me Not Hub in Cowbridge is turning 4 years old this year! It has been running since 2022 and has become a well-loved community hub in the Cowbridge area 💙

Run by our Hub Coordinator and Live-In Care mentor, Nicola, who has worked for Bluebird Care for many years and understands the importance of the hub. She has helped build the Forget Me Not Community from the ground up and welcomes everyone who needs support!
