👻🎃 Halloween 🎃👻

So we have had no end of issues with our stock for Halloween this year, and they aren’t even over yet! 😭 They do say it comes in 3’s so at least this should be the end of it 🤞🏼

1st - The boxes we ordered got left outside in the rain when delivered and nobody was home, so when we did find them they were all soaking wet and ruined 😠

2nd - Our big delivery of sweets arrived, only for us to discover 60% of the stuff we had been sent was already out of date! 😡

3rd - And to top it all off the replacement delivery of the boxes has been lost/caught up in the mail strikes, and now won’t be here until tomorrow 🤬

But we are determined to offer halloween goodies as promised, so for now here are last year’s photos & prices. The prices will remain the same as we have ordered the exact same sized boxes as last year just in slightly different patterns. And we have added some new spooky themed sweeties to the mix for this year, but with no boxes until tomorrow we are going to be unable to photo them in advance, so at least that will be a pleasant surprise 🤣

Just a quick post to apologise and say thank you.

It has been a horrendous time for us here at HQ as we both had been really unwell and then tested positive for covid 😔 The most important thing to us here, will always be you, our amazing customers. So with not wanting to put anyone else at risk we made the very difficult decision to cancel/rearrange all the orders that were booked in while we had to isolate.

So firstly we want to offer our sincere apologies for letting anyone down on an order or not replying to messages as quickly as we usually do 😔 When we say we are a small business, it’s literally just the 2 of us, with occasional extra help from friends & family. And even though the business is run out of a completely separate building at our property, obviously it just wasn’t safe or fair to ask anyone else come here and step in whilst we were both still testing positive.

The last thing we ever want to do is upset or disappoint a customer, and the decision to cancel orders was not an easy one, or one we ever wanted to make, especially because it affected all of our Mother’s Day orders 😩 but on this occasion, unfortunately it was a necessity. So secondly we just wanted to say a big thank you! for all being so understanding and patient while we took the time off needed to recover 😘

The good news is, we are back in business today, and first thing on the agenda this morning is our Easter photo shoot 🐣🥚🐰📸. So our full Easter range will be revealed this afternoon and the diary will be open for you to place your orders.
